As their relationship begins to disintegrate, Caleb, to earn some extra money, tries to rent out his tiny guest house. A mysterious woman agrees to rent it solely on the basis of his voice on the phone. The woman rekindles his faith in his own abilities, but his girlfriend makes a scene revealing the faults of their relationship, as the woman watches in awe. As a result the two woman decide to become roommates, abandoning Caleb, who finds his life reduced to the basics, his own guest house and some clay.
