The Voice of Ein-Harod
An Israeli reporter who is sympathetic to the Palestinian cause signs a protest petition. He later learns that this has resulted in his being removed from the list of those who are permitted to use their water rations. This is a serious matter, actually one of life and death, because there is a severe drought in the area, and with the Israeli Army close behind him, the reporter goes into the desert, determined to reach an Arab radio station called "The Voice of Freedom" which supposedly broadcasts the truth about the Arab/Israeli conflict. During his trip, he meets an Arab and a Jew who say they will help him get through the lines so he can make it to the station, but at the end of their journey, they are disappointed.
