After spending her youth traveling the world attending dance schools and finally studying musical theater in London, Norwegian performer Natassia Malthe found her first acting role in the mid-'90s sci-fi series "Viper." Though the show wasn't exactly a smash success, it led to a consistent amount of work for Malthe, including small parts in Hollywood fare such as the horror film "Lake Placid" in 1999, the romantic comedy "40 Days and 40 Nights," and "Halloween: Resurrection." But while many low-budget sci-fi actioners have filled her resume, Malthe has found just as many supporting roles in television series, including genre favorites "The Dead Zone" and "Fringe."
